This is a 29x22 framed collection of AVG Flying Tiger Eric
Shilling; included is a signed print # 96/1500 and signed book, "Destiny".
The autobiography is of Eric’s days with the AVG, his crash and many of his
trips across the "Hump" into mainland China and delivering supplies to the
besieged French in Indochina. The book contains many pictures, maps and
information.
The Bronze P-40 is beautifully done in gray marble. The plane has a verde
finish. This is a VERY UNUSUAL item and # 0/00 - none others are known to have
been made.
It features the P-40 # 3 with markings on a "Tigers Claw" with 4 separate bronze
plaques on each side. The front has P-40-B Tomahawk goggles with helmet. The
back has Adam and Eve, 1st Squadron; the side has a Tiger Emblem, and the other
side has the blood chit emblem.
Only this one collection is available. These items are new and have been in
storage (protected). This is a real find for the "Collector" as this is
one of a kind! The framed collection is in top condition and is sold “as
is”.Price: $3000 + s/h |
